General submissions

User Content. Should any viewer of a EUSA Pharma published material respond with information including feedback data such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of any such EUSA Pharma material or submit video ("User Videos") or textual content ("User Comments") (collectively referred to as 'User Content'), such User Content, whether or not published, shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to the User Content and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the User Content to others without limitation. Furthermore, we shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such User Content for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such information.

Rights You License. You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content, but you are required to grant limited license rights to EUSA Pharma and other site users on the following terms:- When you upload or post a User Content to the site, you grant:

  1. EUSA Pharma, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Content in connection with the provision of the services and otherwise in connection with the provision of the site and EUSA Pharma's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels;

The above licenses granted by you in User Videos terminates when you remove or delete your User Videos from the site. The above licenses granted by you in User Comments are perpetual and irrevocable, but are otherwise without prejudice to your ownerships rights, which are retained by you as set out above.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing them. EUSA Pharma does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and EUSA Pharma expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content.

You represent and warrant that you have and will continue to have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions which are required to enable EUSA Pharma to use your User Content for the purposes of the provision of the services by EUSA Pharma, and otherwise to use your User Content in the manner contemplated by the site and these terms.

Content of your User Content. Jurisdiction and applicable law
